Research On The Influencing Factors And Problems Of Corporate Equity Incentive Model

With the deepening and normalization brought by the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises,more and more state-owned enterprises begin to explore and explore the equity incentive model actively.In the context of promoting the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the making of equity incentive as an important measure has attracted more and more attention from the society,so the equity incentive system has more and more research significance and practical significance.The implementation of equity incentive in the reform of state-owned enterprises to some extent represents the reform of enterprise property rights system.At present,there are various ways of equity incentive,which can be roughly divided into stock options,restricted stock,stock appreciation right,virtual stock and so on.Therefore,how to choose the mode of equity incentive for state-owned listed companies is particularly important.As an important collective in the listed companies,the state-owned background of the state-owned listed companies and the dual attributes of being supervised by the listed companies make the realization of their reform path and reform goal more concerned.This article will a-share listed companies in our country as the research object,first of all,the author introduces in detail the research background and significance of the article,then has carried on the induction summary study abroad in the status quo,and reviewed,from the current state-owned enterprises after the characteristics of the equity incentive,region,scale,industry and other aspects this paper introduces the current status quo,then makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of equity incentives,the results show that the factors that affect the way of equity incentive are the average risk attitude of executives,STR,total assets and asset-liability ratio.Finally expounds the practice show the problem in the process,and puts forward the corresponding improvements.
