This paper based on field investigation and individual interview of February to March,2014,combined with related literature and theory, analyzed and researched current situation,existing main problems and their causes of township agriculture science and technology talent team in Youxian Hunan. Put forwarded specific and feasible countermeasures and Suggestions like improve the ideological understanding, reasonable equipped with talent, enhance team quality, strengthen the public welfare function, realize funds safeguard, effective management team and so on. These countermeasures and suggestions are of strong feasibility and maneuverability, to a certain extent, can promote the construction of grass-roots agricultural science and technology extension talent team.
