The Knowledge Integration Perspective Manufacturing And Logistics Coordination Mechanism Research

Manufacturing as a pillar industry of China’s national economy, is the foundationof the national economy rapid and healthy development, is also the leading industry ofabsorbing employment, but the development process is facing many problems. Forexample: the cost of logistics concepts backward, independent research anddevelopment capacity is weak, uneven regional development, these problemsseriously restrict the sustainable and healthy development of China’s manufacturingindustry, the development of the manufacturing sector without the support of thelogistics industry; logistics industry as one of the emerging industry of China, inrecent years, the rapid development, expanding industry, in the process of expandingthe high logistics costs associated with the same level of service is low and otherissues. So the coordination mechanism of manufacturing and logistics industry, toeffectively address the optimal allocation of resources, upgrading the industrialstructure will be very necessary.This article mainly aims at in collaborative development organization’s limitedrationality, opportunism and the uncertainty of external environment factors, such as,using the game theory to analyze the manufacturing and logistics coordinationmechanism and income distribution mechanism, analysis how to improve the stabilityof the alliance and effectiveness. By analyzing the situation of manufacturing andlogistics industry synergetic competition as well as the two in the process ofcollaborative income distribution problem, find out to solve problems in thecoordinated development of manufacturing and logistics industry. Before theytogether should be income distribution problem in the process of cooperation toachieve consistently, avoid unnecessary interest disputes. Finally through the gameanalysis, it is concluded that the synergy of manufacturing and logistics, can make thetwo complement each other, mutual sharing of information, can improve their owncompetitiveness, in the fierce market environment for the survival and development,achieve a win-win result. On the basis of the manufacturing and logistics coordination mechanism research,for example, China Chang’an automobile, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)and fuzzy synthetic method, selected the32factors, through the expert scoring,establish matrix, consistency, and determining the weight, the analysis of the two mayoccur in the process of collaborative internal risk and external risk, finally put forwardthe corresponding risk prevention measures.
