The Empirical Research On Relationship Between Communication Mechanism And Knowledge Integration

In recent years,network became popular structure when firms massively expanded their activities. This cooperation allows these firms integrate the resources owned by each other to gain advantage in fierce competition. During this transfer, many scholars began to pay attention to the communication, trust and other non-contractual mechanisms that enhance the efficiency of network organization. Communication mechanism between the network members is very important. This paper analyzes and summarizes the main factors of network communication mechanism. Empirical study imply the relationship between communication and knowledge integration to give advice and make suggestions.This paper summarizes the theory of communication at home and abroad, distinguishing the communication of hierarchical organization and network organization, summarizing the main factors of network communication mechanism at first. Based on the review of theory, proposing hypothesis on the relationship between communication mechanism and knowledge integration. Structural equation model(SEM) demonstrates the relationship between the two and their dimensions. The empirical results show that:communication mechanism has a positive effect on knowledge integration through the role of knowledge sharing; relationship dimension of communication mechanism has a positive effect on shareing personal knowledge and motivation of knowledge integration; ability dimension of communication mechanism has a positive effect on shareing personal knowlege; Shareing personal knowledge, shareing learning opportunities and encouraging others to learn the knowledge have positive effect on the motivation of knowledge integration.The innovation of this paper is to analyze the communication mechanism of network organization, concluding the deference between hierarchical organization and network organization in the matter of communication. At the same time, summarizing the main factors of network communication. Although scholars have conducted research on the relationship between communication and knowledge integration, there is little on the relationship between network communication mechanism and knowledge integration. In addition, the path of the affect process is also major content of this papar. At the end, the paper concludes the problem by the structural equation model construction and validation.
