The Influence Mechanism Research Between The Exploratory And Exploitation Innovation Coordination

The advent of the era of knowledge economy,and the more fierce competition of the market makes the importance of the innovation more and more highlighted for enterprises,thus caused wide attention of theory field and practice field.The exploration and exploitation innovation is a kind of very popular classification,the importance of the two innovative ways for enterprises is agreed by scholars and practice.The practice mets a lot of bottlenecks in the process of innovation practice,the enterprises will often fall into two categories of innovation traps,which bring great negative impact on enterprises innovation performance.Based on this study founding,although many scholars have been doing a series of research on how to achieve the cooperation between the exploration innovation and the exploitation innovation within the enterprise,and the enterprises are fuzzy about The connotation of the coordination between the exploration innovation and exploitation innovation.So in order to make the enterprise achieve the coordination between the exploration innovation and the exploitation innovation,improving enterprise's short-term innovation efficiency and long-term strategic performance,this article will study the leading factors which affect the coordination between the exploration innovation and the exploitation innovation.And the factors which will affect the effectiveness of these leading factors on the coordination between the exploration innovation and the exploitation innovation,so the enterprises can take more effective measures according to the internal conditions to achieve the coordination between the exploration innovation and the exploitation innovation,in turn,improving the theory about exploration innovation and the exploitation innovation,providing valuable guidance for the practice.In this paper,Literature research,on-the-spot investigation and regression analysis make up the whole process of this study,from the contradictory thinking ability is conducive to enterprise dealing with contrary problems viewpoint,This paper first analyzes and generalizes the existing researches.then found and refine the subject of this paper to study in the process of review of the existing researches.And on the basis of predecessors' research put forward the hypothesis in this paper.this paper studies the influence of the moderation of entrepreneurial orientation,knowledge sharing and organizational decentralization respectively on the coordination of the exploration innovation and the exploitation innovation,In addition,further study on the Adjust action of knowledge management and creativity of employees respectively for knowledge sharing and organizational decentralization with the coordination of the exploration innovation and the exploitation innovation.Secondly using SPSS analysis software to make related analysis over the collected questionnaire,using data to verify the correctness of the presented thesis in this paper;Finally,according to the results of software running on proposition to make further theoretical analysis,for a false proposition to explain its possible reasons,according to the research conclusion of this paper to put forward management implications for the enterprise management,and to provide valuable theoretical guidance for the innovation practice of the practice.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research results show that the moderation of entrepreneurial orientation will promote the coordination between exploration innovation and exploitation innovation,the knowledge sharing will promote the coordination between exploration innovation and exploitation inno,vation,the organizational decentralization will promote the coordination between exploration innovation and exploitation innovation;the Adjust action of employee creativity on the relationship between organization decentralization and the innovation coordination has not been verified.The adjust action of Knowledge management on the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation coordination has been verified.
