Employment, wages and pensions are the three directly related to people’s livelihood issues, related to the vital interests of the masses and the happiness index. Since the reform and opening up, China’s accession to the WTO, rapid economic development, continued for many years maintained a rapid growth. Wages also show the high level of growth, along with the standard of living is constantly improving. But economic growth has not been shown to promote the role of employment. The employment situation has become increasingly severe. Moreover, China’s pension system started late, has been in continuous development and reform on the road, there is a gap in pension funds, health is not ideal. Therefore, under our current system, how to make employment, wage and pension issues coordinated development among solved, the paper-based system combing the relevant literature at home and abroad, based on DEA analysis, combined with comparative analysis method and system analysis method, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. From a macro point of view, for urban workers employment, wages and pension coordinated development of various regions of China conducted a comprehensive evaluation and analysis. Overall, the development of China’s pension worst, followed by employment, and finally wages. On the basis, from the microscopic point of view, Employment, wages, pension coordinated development of optimal path selection problem, respectively, from the direction of optimization, optimization and optimization of order in terms of the intensity of employment, wages and pension coordinated development of the region failed to conduct in-depth study and make a scientific, specific, targeted optimization plan. Such as the development of Heilongjiang province on priority pension, which optimize the strength of about48%; Henan priority needs wages, which optimize the strength of about12%. Optimal path practical direction of its development for the region, but also to address employment, wages and pension coordinated development provides a scientific basis.
