The Research Of Energy Efficiency Of Jing-Jin-Ji Based On The Environmental Constraints And Regional Coordinated Development

As the important strategic resource of national economic and social development, energy plays supporting role in the growth of modern economic. Related to the smooth operation and sustainable development on social economy, the energy has a profound and extensive influence.Especially in the process of the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei,energy demand,the pressure of energy supply,the efficiency of energy production and consumption are important for the ecological environment, development of sustainability and regional balance.They have become an important bottleneck in jing-jin-ji region coordinated development.Therefore,with the perspective of industry tie-in beijing-tianjin-hebei and optimizing environment,the research of energy efficiency based on the environmental constraints and regional coordinated development,study on promoting the level of regional energy efficiency and shrinking the gap between different regions gradually.Then the energy efficiency of jing-jin-ji region can realize pareto optimality of regional.It have important theoretical and realistic significance for the regional development sustainable and comprehensive strength.Firstly, the paper describes the background and significance of the study, reviews the research on the energy efficiency at home and abroad, and puts forward the main content and framework.Secondly,this paper elaborate the related theory of energy efficiency and its influencing factors systematacially and calculate the energy efficiency of beijing-tianjin-hebei region through DEA.Furthermore analyze the main problems of energy efficiency in beijing-tianjin-hebei.Through the model of Tobit,measure direction and size of each influence factors on the beijing-tianjin-hebei region and analyze the results according to regression analysis.Finally,based on the analysis of the affecting factors of beijing-tianjin-hebei regional energy efficiency,study present the countermeasures and Suggestions based on the environmental constraints and regional coordinated development to improve the regional energy efficiency and reduce the pressure on energy.
