At present, the frequent changes in state-owned managersmade the performance issues of professional managers cause awidespread concern. For state-owned enterprises, professionalmanagers have a special status. For managers of state-ownedenterprises, the appointment and removal are by the hand ofgovernment, and because of the complexity compared with Westerncountries in the external market environment and internal controlmechanisms, the managers would be more prone to managedefense for their own reasons. If we can not govern the defensemotivation management fundamentally or explore the incentive andrestraint model of managers’management defensive behavior, thecompany will be bound to pay a heavy price. Shanxi Linfen mobilecompany as a representative state-owned enterprise, carried out alot of rules and regulations trying to improve the enthusiasm ofprofessional managers, but influenced by their own and the marketfactors, there are phenomenon that Linfen mobile professionalmanagers administrater defense in Linfen mobile company. Therefore, it is a great theoretical and practical significance toanalyze the mechanism of professional managers managingdefensive motivation, to defense the motivation appearance thatprevention manages prevention for efficiency of Linfen mobilecompany and the whole owned company management.Based on the perspective of the management defense, weanalyzed the formation mechanism of professional managersdefensive motives from the aspects of professional managers’ownfactors, internal control mechanisms, external market factors andgovernment theoretically. Taking Linfen City mobile company for anexample, we points out the deficiencies of the existingmanagement system on the basis of pay system management of thecompany’s professional managers’management, performancemanagement system, post system and so on. At the same time, weselected the relevant data of professional managers in Linfenmobile company to simply estimate whether the company hasprofessional managers defense phenomena, and the phenomenon ofprevention management was found in the management ofprofessional managers in Linfen mobile company.Based on the mechanism of professional managers defensivemotivation, combined with inadequate management systems ofLinfen mobile company and the estimation of the defensemotivation of company’s professional managers, to improve themanagement efficiency of professional managers in Linfen mobilecompanies and to prevent the emergence of professional managersdefensive motivation, we proposed to combine the different training,material and non-material incentives cased by he company’s managers defense at different age levels, to improve the evaluationsystem by the impact of education on the management of defense,to build more reasonable corporate governance structure achievingthe mutual trust in the mobile companies and professionalmanagers.
