In recent years,with the rapid growth of China's economy and the increasing frequency of e-commerce activities,the whole logistics industry,especially the express industry,has developed rapidly.The development of enterprises cannot be separated from human factors.The rapid growth of express enterprises requires a lot of human resource.Due to the application of modernization,intellectualization and informationization technology,the most outstanding problems facing express enterprises are focused on the "last kilometer".Human delivery is still the main way,and couriers,especially experienced couriers,have become "the most precious resources" of these delivery companies.However inherent in the profession,such as working hours,labor intensity,poor treatment,the problem such as security system is not perfect,cause the Courier has been in a state of high loss,also became the express enterprise one of the main points.Therefore study how to identify the employee's turnover intention as soon as possible,and to take measures to express departures as far as possible to retain employees,improve the stability of the employees,help to promote more steady and rapid development of enterprises.From previous studies,it can be seen that employees' willingness to quit is related to the degree of employee embeddedness.Therefore,to understand the degree and status of the work embeddedness of the employees of the express company,and to explore the deeper influence factors,take relevant measures to avoid employee turnover and improve the competitiveness of enterprises is a problem that individual express enterprises must solve.This study is based on the express staff of multiple express companies in Hangzhou,Fuzhou and Lichuan.Through the questionnaire survey,and using the statistical software such as SPSS 19.0 has carried on the statistical analysis to the data obtained.The embedded analysis Courier work,including job embedded inside and outside into six dimensions,and studies the various dimensions of Courier generate turnover intention of significant relationship,finally according to the results of the analysis put forward the corresponding management advice.Relevant research shows that employees' willingness to quit is related to the degree of employee embedding.Based on the work embedding model,this paper studies the method of questionnaire survey.The survey selected in the east,central and western regions,including Shanghai,Shenzhen,Guangzhou,hangzhou,fuzhou,wuhan,Foshan,xi 'an and lichuan.The survey was conducted in a random manner.On the basis of questionnaire survey,combined with the the characteristic of couriers,properties of the special groups on Mitchell's research scale have been adjusted,using the statistical software such as SPSS 19.0 has carried on the statistical analysis to data,to the work model of embedded utility for the forecast of Courier turnover intention for validation.This paper describes the main research in three stages:The first part includes the introduction of the thesis,the first chapter,the second chapter,in which the author introduces the research background,purpose,research significance,research content and research method and content framework,and then elaborates the theories of concept of couriers and expressmen,job embedding and leaving intention,and reviews the corresponding literature.The second part includes the third chapter and the fourth chapter.In this section,we make a brief analysis of the status quo of the express delivery industry in China and employee turnover.Then the author firstly makes a hypothesis on the content of the study through the relevant scale of job embedding and turnover intention,then designs a questionnaire to conduct a pre-survey,as well as the formation of the final questionnaire,selecting samples and methods.The third part is mainly the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter.The empirical analysis of the questionnaire data was obtained,including sample descriptive statistics,reliability and validity testing,data correlation analysis and regression analysis,and then the corresponding assumptions are verified.Finally,the summary of the verification results was made in the dissertation.Through the results of pairs,appropriate countermeasures and suggestions were made based on the analysis of the express delivery enterprises.And in the last brief description of the shortcomings and future research directions were put forward.
