Due to the gradual improvement of the system of rule of law, the public awareness to safeguard their rights has been greatly improved. In recent years, an increasing number of judicial proceedings in the case identified the need to participate in asset valuation, which requires the CPV in the administration of justice to more accurately identify a more reasonable.assessment of the assets involved. Machinery and equipment as conventional assets, often in kit form, therefore, the question of complete sets of equipment in Forensic Examination assessment methods can solve the direct impact of the disposal of the assets involved. However, few scholars complete sets of equipment for Forensic Sciences in the evaluation method to study the problems. Based on the characteristics of judicial identification asset evaluation, by analyzing the case, based on the traditional assessment methods, propose solutions to improve the proposal, put forward to improve the model, which has a certain significance in theory and practice.The main structure of this paper are:first, through the relevant literature at home and abroad of machinery and equipment assessment, forensic and other forensic sets forth the concepts and equipment features. Introduction of Forensic Complete equipment commonly used assessment methods related theories and applications. Secondly, forensic evaluation method of complete sets of equipment problems, analyze the causes of the problems and recommendations for improvements and improved model. Finally, the case of machinery and equipment for cement plants improved model to demonstrate, for the next sets of machinery and equipment worth of Forensic confirmed that provide solutions.
