With the trend of informationization and networking of global economy, with the lower threshold of entrepreneurship, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fiercely. The customer is the source of enterprise’s profit, so customer relationship management is also more and more attention by enterprises; the maintenance of customer relationship is gradually recognized by domestic and foreign enterprises. Customer is the business battlegrounds, who have more quality customers, who will occupy the leading position in the business market, who will be able to get more market share and profit. The existing literature and practice show that combined with their own ability to customer relationship maintenance has very important practical and theoretical significance. Based on the literature review at home and abroad on the ability of enterprise and customer relationship management related theory, with the software of S company as the research object, characteristics and maintain key customer relationship of S software company’s present situation and the existence question has carried on the analysis. On the basis of this, the six market model of relationship marketing to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise, the customer relationship maintenance, and points out the urgency of the maintenance of customer relationships, with the ability to implement the maintenance of customer relations; finally based on the above analysis of enterprise capability, aiming at the existing the problem of the software company, customer relationship maintenance, put forward relevant countermeasures to enhance the ability of S to maintain the company customer relationship and suggestions.
