Research On Mode Of Budget Management Of The LC Group

With the developing and perfecting of the market economy, the competition among iron and steel enterprises are becoming fiercer. Therefore, how to efficiently implement the long-term development strategy of the enterprise through its budget management tool is of significance for the enterprises to seize the competitive advantage and realize the strategic target. Value chain management is a kind of advanced management idea, the budget management mode based on the perspective of value chain brings in a new angle for it, expands its traditional scope and also promotes it into the budget management mode combined with the enterprise development strategy and the optimal overall value chain. Studying of the budget management mode based on the perspective of value chain enlarges the function of the budget management mode in enterprise competition.In this paper, our research is based on the integration of the value chain concept and the budget management. Aiming at the topic and purpose of the topic, we absorbs the results of previous studies, integrate the existing research results, starting from the basis of the value chain concept and the budget management integration, fusional model and strategic orientation, following the orientation of connecting theory with practice, literature with practical case studies, and adopts the case analysis method and quantitative analysis method into research. Through the in-depth research of LC Group Corporation, multiple inquiring, we obtained a lot of data. Basing on the research and analysis of the status quo of the current budget management mode application and the existing problems, we propose the budget management mode based on the perspective of value chain as a construction plan, and conduct a in-depth research on the application of mode and validity evaluation. At last, we prove that the proposed management model has certain practicability and universality.
