It relies on the Service Permit of the Security Service Corporation and the linkage of the 110 command center, by means of the public security service, provides customers with the rapid, superior and safe Technical Security Service.This paper introduces the development of the Technical Security Industry at home and abroad at first, and then analyze the externalities the JF company faced such as politic, economy, sociality and technology by means of PEST, combined with the present situation of Technical Security Service, consider that with the rapid development of the Chinese economy, the social contraction is becoming more and more prominent, and the government’s emphasis on security industry is becoming more and more high. The industry model based on Technical Security of JF company has broad prospects for development. Secondly, this paper analyze the competitive environment of JF company with Michael Porter’s five forces model, it shows that the competition of Technical Security is becoming more and more fiercely, JF company meets both opportunities and challenges, base on this analysis, it propose that JF company should adopt differentiation strategy and Cost leadership Strategy, optimize the organizational structure, focusing on human resource management, to strengthening the brand construction, opening up a new service model.
