The construction and industry, transportation tied for three high-energy consumptionindustries. In recent years, as China’s energy situation grave, building energy conservationwork has given rise to the relevant national departments attach great importance, inaccordance with the goals of the "12th Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanand Rural Construction, to"12th Five-Year "period, building energy efficiency formed energyconservation capacity of116million tons of standard coal, the total area of the construction ofenergy-efficient buildings accumulated to more than4billion square meters, including a largepublic building energy consumption per unit area decreased by20%or more. From this, ahuge room for future development of China’s building energy efficiency industry. Energyservice companies as the main body of the building energy efficiency services, and itsprospects ordinary optimistic. However, the development of energy service companies arealso facing many challenges from the technologies, funding mechanisms, business models,and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. Therefore, enterprise developmentand competitiveness of strategic research for energy service companies, both healthydevelopment of building energy efficiency industry or national energy saving career, has avery important significance.To this end, the building of this article is a rapidly growing energy service companies-Shenzhen J as the research object, the theory of competitive strategy, the first use of a PESTand Five Forces Analysis model analysis of the external environment on J J internal resourcecapacity; based on the value chain theory, analysis, defined the company’s corecompetitiveness; final SWOT analysis to select the most suitable J’s competitive strategy-differentiation and centralization combined and J company competitive strategy required forthe effective implementation of the supporting measures to provide some suggestions.This paper studies focus on linking theory with practice, so the J more clearly aware ofsome of the problems in the management of the environment and the organization that theyface, in order to guide the activities of enterprises operating in a fairly long period. The articlealso hope J company’s competitive strategy, and thus a draw for many enterprises in Chinabuilding energy services industry to explore business development strategy mode.
