In the study of professional career psychology, the career adaptability is a very important research subject. It is regarded as the core capability of individuals’ adapting to career development environment, solving practical problems that encountered in career development, keeping a balance in professional roles. It is also an important psychological parameter in evaluating individual professional development.This thesis is based on a main line of professional adaptability. The object of the study is the knowledge recruit. The study investigated the relationship among their professional adaptabilities, job satisfaction and turnover intention, including the mediating function of job satisfaction. 324 validated questionnaires were acquired and analyzed by statistical software SPSS17.0, the results were as below:1. The career adaptabilities of the knowledge recruit have a significant diversity according to age, education, seniority, position, salary, company type and other characteristic variable.2. There is a correlation between the career adaptability and job satisfaction.The career adaptability has a positive prediction function toward job satisfaction. And there is a negative correlation between career adaptation and turnover intention.Career adaptability has a negative prediction function toward turnover intention. Also there is a negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative prediction function toward the turnover intention.3. Job satisfaction is the incomplete intermediary variable of the career adaptability and turnover intention, which has the partial intermediary effect.
