Company A is a subordinate enterprise which invested by a Singapore group co., LTD, being responsible for the processing of various kinds of animal and plant oil. Company A is established in 1988,formally opened for business and put into production in January 1990. At present, the company has "SILVER ORIOLE ", "GOLDE ORIOLE", "HUA QI", and "GOLDEN DELICIOUS" four brands, nearly produce fifty kinds of products. Not only that, Company A also establish long-term and stable customer relationship with many baking enterprises, like Mickey, Holiland and Caidie Bankery, etc, which has immeasurable development potential.At present, the baking industry is in a healthy and rapid development stage, which provides a broad market space for Company A. But the company now faces insufficient employee’s ability, low technical service quality, and relatively thin customer relationship, etc. Consultant marketing scheme can make the marketing personnel have rich professional skills and product knowledge, which can accurately grasp the needs of customers, provide an actual, integrity and win-win solution from production to after-sales service for the customers, and establish a stable customer relationship.This paper uses case analysis, and conduct a case study of Company A, mainly focus on the concrete implementation scheme of consultant marketing plan of Company A. Base on summarizing the marketing mix theory, customer delivered value theory, relationship marketing theory and consultant marketing theory, this paper deeply explore the marketing model of Company A, and points out the key elements of implementing consultant marketing plan, thus provide the beneficial reference for domestic margarine processing enterprises in the marketing mode innovation. On the other hand, after reviewing the domestic related studies of consultant marketing theory, I find that studies which combines this theory with China margarine industry are relatively less. As the consultant marketing theory has become increasingly perfect and mature, the study of the specific consultant marketing strategy model of a particular industry or enterprise and will become the focus of scholars.
