A Research Of Project Cost Control Of The Electric Power Construction Enterprise

Under the influence of background of planning-economy and long-term relying on the power grid enterprises, the awareness of cost control in the electric power construction enterprises is weak. The problem of the improper methods about cost control has become a major challenge for electric power construction enterprises, especially in a market of increasingly intense of competition.Through a large number of domestic about the research of cost control on construction project by foreign scholars, which leads to the findings of this study:the main research direction is about the theoretical analysis, which shows that the research choose the project management as the breakthrough point and are mainly concentrated on the cost management rules and regulations, however, the study on the specific methods of cost control is not adequate. Under this background, it is important and practical significant for this paper to study the concrete methods of cost control in electric power construction enterprise.Firstly, by the analysis of characteristics of power project, this paper described the cost forecasting, planning accounting and evaluation of electric power engineering project by the combination of the theory intention and method based on cost control, and the traditional method of cost control and value chain theory method and the basic theory of activity-based costing method are compared analysis; Secondly, based on current analysis, this paper designed a targeted cost control scheme, including the organization of electric power construction enterprises from the perspective of organizational level, and on the basis of summarizing the main problems existing in the management of cost control in electric power construction enterprises of our country, this paper settled a cost control system for electric power construction enterprises, which mainly covers seven aspects; finally, this paper selected the most common electric power construction enterprises 220kV transmission line project as an example, and give a verify analysis on the cost control of design scheme of the rationality and economy from aspects of equipment and materials, land rent and project claim etc.
