Research On Engineering Project Cost Control For Electric Power Construction Enterprise

By the influence of planned economy era and backing on electric power grid enterprises long-term, power construction enterprises weak awareness of cost control and have unsuitable cost control method in the long-term development process. In the increasingly fierce market competition, the living state of power construction enterprises is threatened seriously. At present, the research of cost control in power construction enterprises at home and abroad stay in theory state. Most of studies of cost control from the aspect of engineering give priority to system construction, most of which lack of practical and feasible cost control measures. That as a starting point, project cost control for electric power construction enterprise is researched in this paper.Through to the analysis of characteristics of power project and standard cost control method, this article points out the mistakes and deficiency of project cost control for electric power construction. Then which as the research emphasis, the cost control scheme is designed.In the design of cost control scheme, this paper designs specialized cost control function system and management organizations in the level of organization, designs external cost control measures based on external vertical value chain, and designs internal cost control measures based on internal value chain and operation cost analysis. Finally, this paper analysis the effect of cost control scheme taking the220kV transmission line project A for instance. The data analysis shows that, the cost control scheme this paper designed controls the project cost effectively in material, land rent, project schedule control, engineering claim, and other links. Engineering benefit is improved, which means that the cost control scheme this paper designed is rational.
