Combined with the Industry characteristics of conglomerates, the scientific project management system was analyzed from the actual project management, the integrated management, the evaluation and the other aspects. According to the analysis, the enterprises scientific project management information system structure and the function design were proposed,which from the planning and management, project management, laboratory management, technical standards, the production management, the application of new technology, environmental protection, technical services, statistics, etc. Then expand research on enterprise information management group project implementation research, analysis of research management information system project preparation, project implementation measures and risk prevention mechanism, and show the results of the project implementation.
