Research Of ZGZT Group Company Informatization Construction Based On Project Management

With the development of information technology, especially the Internet technology used commercially that changed the traditional construction business competitive environment and brought new competition laws to a large extent. Due to the construction of information technology slow update, generally low level of information,the disorder information systems, large and complex projects and the implementation of technological backwardness, they all lead to difficult to meet the higher and higher requirements for the project quality, project schedule and the functionality and complexity of the building degree, especially for group-oriented construction companies.This dissertation is engaged in the construction general contracting business ZGZT company as the research object, through the analysis of operating characteristics of the Information Status ZGZT Corporation, proposed the problem of the ZGZT company information construction in the developing. These problems based on the Group business, organizational characteristics and long-term development strategy of positioning types of construction enterprise from a single integrated project business from different levels of organizational integration and integrated multi-dimensional perspective of the knowledge management requirements and presents information requirements of ZGZT. On the basis of the demand analysis, on the point of group view, re-overall planning and design, from the Group headquarters, subsidiaries, project department and all three levels to achieve vertical integration of information systems-level horizontal integration, from the previous promoting sector-based gradually" to "overall integration direction ".Associated with the original system integration and merge, to elaborate the framework, ideas, implementation procedures and safeguard measures of the ZGZT Group information technology.The main innovation of this dissertation is based on ZGZT Group existing information construction developed from ZGZT company projects laterally business integration to enterprise-level vertical funds fusion and proposed contract management as the main line, funds management and cost management as the core of the financial industry. With the integration of information technology ideas, business platform will be fully integrated with the financial information platform, optimizing the ZGZT Group project management process and achieve the integration of the financial industry.
