Application Of Information Management Of Construction Enterprise Projects

Nowadays,the businesses that construction enterprises run have become more various,more compelicated,more large-scale.Whether it is with the outside or inside,those enterprises have been comunicating more and more frequently.The traditional management mode has been unable to meet their demands.The management of modern construction enterprise is developing towards the direction of the informatization,integration.It caused that many countries,government departments and enterprises have attached great importance to it.Although the investment in this field increased year by year,in our country,the construction enterprises' information level is relatively low.It is a problem to be solved immediately that how to use advanced information technology and management concept to accelerate the informationization process,strengthen scientific management,enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprise.Information management system is an important means of information construction for enterprises.It can help enterprises to effectively integrate all kinds of resources.It can make reasonable plannings and optimize allocations for the critical business of construction enterprises,such as human resource management,financial management,official business management,project management.Therefore,the key to enterprise information construction is how to use information management system to promote the reform arid improve the efficiency of management.This article selects the typical construction enterprise,M group,as object of study,and put its implementation process of project information management as a case to study.The construction process of project information management system is introduced in a staged manner.Through the analysis of questionnaire survey and the evaluation based on the construction enterprises informationization evaluation standard,the effects of informatization implementation are summarized.Meanwhile,the problems and obstacles which are encountered by M group during the process of informatization construction are found through analysing.Applying the management theory and the idea of integration,the optimization solution for key problem is put forward,which is to establish the network information integration platform based on third party.The core function,system architecture and technical route of the integration platform are studied and designed.It is dedicated to provide M group with a new direction of improvement and development on information construction,and provide other construction enterprises,software developers and relevant research scholars with a reference.
