A Study On Appling The Modern Agriculture Technology Channel Of Large-scale Rice Farmers

Large-scale rice farmers as one of the three new agricultural subjects, also is our country the modern agriculture technology end users, through which channels for agricultural the modern agriculture technology, to a certain extent, will affect the process of agricultural technology diffusion. Therefore, this article is based on Wilbur l. Schramm’s medium choice probability theory, and using the 16 counties(city, area) in J iangxi province of 1169 large-scale rice farmers’ actual survey data, first of all, large-scale rice farmers is analyzed by applying the method of weighted frequency large priority sequence for the application o f the modern agriculture technology channel, to find out in the process of agricultural technology diffusion, which channels are large-scale rice farmers main channels for the application of the modern agriculture technology, which are not main channels; and then, on the basis of the profit maximization theory, using the binary Logistic model to empirical research of large-scale rice farmers channel, aims to find out the factors that affect large-scale rice farmers play the main channel.Based on the above empirical analysis it is concluded that the following conclusions:(1)Individual businesses, agricultural technologies and agricultural extension extending stations are large-scale rice farmers capture and accept the modern agriculture technology of main channel, and large-scale rice farmers’ characteristics of the different application of modern agriculture technology the main differences between channels.(2) Large-scale rice farmers’ channel is not a large main channel for the application of new technology.(3)In the process of rice, large-scale rice farmers size of cultivated land, degree of labor transfer and technology demonstration to play a role of main channel of large-scale rice farmers have a significant impact. Specifically, technology demonstration is the key factor influencing the large-scale rice farmers play a role of main channel and the positive influence; The degree of labor transfer is the important factor that affect large-scale rice farmers play a role of main channel and the positive influence; Cultivated land size have a significant impact on large-scale rice farmers play a role of main channel and direction is positive; large-scale rice farmers age, education levels, health, neighborhood relations, technical guidance frequency to play a role of main channel of large-scale rice farmers no significant influence.
