Under the new normal state of the development of Chinese economy, it is a very important issue that whether market can develop new business models and adapt to the new normal state. Nowadays, China domestic economic situation is staying in the era of the growth for block, the structure adjustment, and the policy digest period, the competition pressure of economic globalization has made Chinese enterprises burden seriously. In addition, the promotion of Big Data era, not only give Chinese enterprises an opportunity to innovate, but also bring many challenges for them. At the same time, at the trend of “private custom”, the personalized, diversified, and self-determinant customer demands have become the new power of enterprise innovation.In such a rough environment, the development of our business model still lagged behind. The innovation of domestic company’s business models is staying in the stage of copying outstanding foreign enterprises, or just combined with Chinese national conditions to localization. There is a grate gap between our domestic enterprises’ business models and the foreign ones, so for our research of business models, there is still too much work to do. Cause there still exist many questions of the innovation of business models, formulating a general and universal model, making guidance for the research of business models innovation has a great significance for our Chinese enterprises to practice the innovation of business models.This paper has established an abstract, general and universal business model by using the methods of literature analysis, normative analysis and case analysis, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. On the basic concept of “Four Dimensions” business model, the article has explored the essence of enterprise business model’ innovation, and provided a new way for enterprises to innovate their business model. It also guides our enterprises’ innovation practice and enhance the market competitiveness of our companies.This paper has discussed this issue in three levels. In the first level, through the analysis of current era and theoretical background, it has found some problems in the existing business model development of our country, and then, it teases the existing theoretical research and establishes the new thoughts to solve the problems. Second, on the basis of literature analysis, the paper has creatively formulated the “Four Dimensions” business model and specifically analyzed every elements and the logical relationship between those elements, as well as given the hypothesis of practice of the “Four Dimensions” in enterprises. The third level, for the purpose of doing research in business models is to guide the innovation of business models, this paper, based on the “Four Dimensions” business model has clearly defined the concept of business models innovation and have a specific research on the promotion, the ways and the evaluation methods of business models innovation.Then, the article, through the case analysis of Alibaba’ business model, has verified the theory of “Four Dimensions” business model. After evaluate its performance of Ali group by using the evaluation method of “Four Dimensions” business model, this paper has drawn a conclusion that there exists feasibility for the “Four Dimensions” business model to guide our enterprise innovation practice successfully. At last, this paper summarized the research content and proposed suggestions for our enterprise business models innovation under the new normal state, as well as showed the prospect of the research.
