| Suzhou Industrial Park as one of the first national development zones has achieved great accomplishment over the twenty years since it’s first established in 1994, which counted a lot on Suzhou’s regional strength. But Suzhou Industrial Park is facing the fierce competition with the huge growth of other development zones in China and more and more preferential policies are issued to further lure in more foreign invested enterprises and to encourage the development of China center and western regions. To better absorb and utilize foreign capital of Suzhou Industrial Park, it is necessary to evaluate and analysis SIP’s current government policy, for better establish SIP’s strategy orientation and making policy more allied with the rapid development of era.The paper is structured with five parts followed the logic of “understanding present situation, noticing problem, analyzing problem and table the proposal.”First chapter is introduction, including state the research background and significance; outline the research content and methods, proposal the emphasis, difficulty and the innovations of the research.Chapter two is about to tell the development history of FDI in China and our government’s policy evolution.Third chapter analyze the Suzhou Industrial Park’s development present situation, including SIP’s developing history, present situation, progress features, the policy flaws which occurred during develop Suzhou SIP foreign invested enterprises and the analysis of the current the problems.Chapter four is using SWOT to analyze the developing circumstance of SIP Foreign Invested enterprise, including the opportunity, the threat, the strength and the weakness of developing SIP foreign invested enterprises.Last chapter makes the suggestions for better encourage SIP foreign invested enterprises development, transform government functions, innovation government service, building finance support policy system and improve government supervise system are all concerned. |
