The world economic globalization is more thorough. How to win in the fierce marketing competition became a focus for majority of enterprises and a major issue researched and discussed in enterprise business and management. Corporate culture has significant relevance with optimizing corporate behaviors and increasing corporate performance, therefore it became the key factor to win in the competition. Academic circles abroad and domestic have made large of research on the relationgship between corporate culture and corporate performance. The study results show that corporate performance is assuredly associated with achievement. However, the viewpoints on the influence path are not clear and unified.Based on the business practices in the Chinese basic conditions, this paper is to probe into the relationship between the two core study variables. The paper built a relationship model of corporate culture and achievement based on the mediation of the third party variable in literature research method. Then empirical analysis is the major research method to explore the relationship between the two core study variables. The expected goals are basically achieved in this research.The main content of this article falls into four parts. The first part is the research conditions, objectives and contributions. The second part is the literature review on three objective study variables and the relationships among them. The third part built the relationship model of variables and put forward hypothesises based on the model. The fourth part is enterprise investigation using statistical analysis software SPSS to analyse and process data, thus it verified the relationships and assumptions. The fifth part is the conlusions, discussion, deficiencies and prospects.In summary, the research results and conclusions in this article can be generalized as follows:(1)The corporate culture and its characteristics have significant positive effects on the corporate performance. Among the four dimensions of corporate culture, applicability characteristic has the most significant effect on corporate performance.(2)The corporate culture and its characteristics have significant positive effects on organizational learning capability. Among the four dimensions of corporate culture, applicability characteristic has the most significant effect on organizational learning capability.(3)The organizational learning capability has significant positive effects on corporate performance.(4)The organizational learning capability has significant intervening function between corporate culture and its characteristics and corporate performance.Based on the results and conclusions obtained above, the last chapter proposed the feasible recommendations on corporate culture construction and organizational learning capability enhancement for business managers, which are hoped to provide some guidance in the administration experiences. At present the research on corporate culture and its subfields is more mature already. The ultimate intent of this dissertation is to make the further theory supplement and contribution to the areas of the function mechanism and route of corporate culture.
