With the swelling of e-commerce platform and third-party payment enterprises, Internet economy has explosive development, thus, leading to the knowledge economy at a faster pace and its development also drives the desire of talent person. The importance of excellent human resources for enterprises is increasingly prominent. In the various wars about talent persons of e-commerce enterprises, knowledgeable staff have become the main competitive objects for companies. Those knowledgeable staff who meet companies’ demand can have great influence on normal operation. Throughout the reality, however, due to uniqueness of knowledgeable staff, more and more enterprises are ragged on the management of knowledge workers, companies more or less have the knowledge employee turnover, erosion, change and rotation phenomena. High staff turnover rate, the replacement cost and some other impacts have seriously restricted the rapid growth and development of enterprises. How to control the turnover rate of knowledgeable staff at reasonable degree has become the primary problem of the third-party payment enterprises.As a kind of implicit, informal and subjective psychological agreement, psychological contract shows responsibilities and obligations between organization and employees, reflects the inner relationship coincidence and explains the phenomenon of psychological contract violation. Psychological contract plays an important role in organizations and employees, research on knowledgeable staff loss problem based on psychological contract has formed a comparatively perfect theory system. Domestic and foreign experts and scholars largely recognize that knowledgeable staff draining is the result of psychological contract violation, therefore, solving the knowledgeable staff draining phenomenon of third-party payment enterprises with psychological contract has certain research value.This paper is based on the psychological contract theory in human resource management and makes third-party payment enterprises research object. According to the questionnaire survey and data analysis about 4 small third-party payment enterprises, this paper reaches situation about knowledgeable staff draining of current third-party payment enterprises, designs the knowledge staff loss control countermeasures and puts forward the corresponding rational proposal under the perspective of psychological contractThis article mainly includes five parts:research background and current situation at home and abroad of this topic; related literature review of knowledgeable staff and psychological contract; the knowledgeable staff draining of current third-party payment enterprises; knowledgeable staff loss control countermeasures analysis based on the psychological contract of the third-party payment enterprises; the research conclusion and expectation.This paper mainly adopts the means of literature method, questionnaire investigation, data statistic and analysis of induction and draws a conclusion of the knowledgeable staff loss situation in the third-party payment enterprises on the basis of related classic theories and effective data analysis. At the same time, this article deeply explains the countermeasures of knowledgeable staff draining problem in the third-party payment enterprises under the perspective of psychological contract in order to solve the third-party payment enterprises staff turnover problems well, wishing this research could help ease the knowledgeable staff loss problem for other large third-party payment enterprises phenomenon.
