Hotel industry is one of the earliest open-up fields in China. With the continuous development of domestic economy, the holding of Beijing Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo, the current domestic hotel industry has entered a rare peak period of development. However, a series of reasons, such as low recruit standard, low staff age, etc, cause the high turnover rate in hotel industry. This frequent staff flow, especially of excellent ones, will obviously have negative impact on the hotel management and even influence the survival and development of the hotel. Therefore, some effective actions must be taken to stabilize the rank of staff.On the basis of Theoretical Method,Questionnaire Research and Statistical Analysis Method, this article carries on a more thorough discussion of Psychological Contract framing and management. From the angle of the intension, formation and violation of Psychological Contract, this article summarizes the documents of Psychological Contract research from home and abroad. Through the Exploratory Analysis of the Psychological Contract components in Chinese cultural background, this article concludes that the Psychological Contract of hotel staff has three dimensions: transactional dimension, interpersonal dimension and developmental dimension. Investigating the current Psychological Contract of hotel staff and using Statistical Analysis Method, this article also finds the recognition gap in the content of Psychological Contract between the hotel managers and operatives. On this basis, this article analyzes the relation between Psychological Contract violation and hotel staff turnover, stresses the significance of healthy Psychological Contract to the turnover. Through the positive analysis of the Psychological Contract components and according to the realistic hotel operation experience, this article raises the approaches of Psychological Contract establishment and its whole process management of hotel staff.
