The Macroeconomic Regulation And Control And The Research On The People’s Livelihood

In recent years,the research on the people′s livelihood has gradually become a hot topic, especially from the 17 th National Congress of the Party′s report clearly using the word“the people′s livelihood”for the first time and the eighteen government work report focusing on “the people′s livelihood ”problems can be seen, realization of safeguarding and improving people′s livelihood is currently the highest goal of the government Chinese, the supreme concept the Communist Party of China, the ultimate ideal of the Marx doctrine,however the socialist market economy is a special environment, the focus of our current research is how to maintain the role of the market mechanism under the premise,to achieve the safeguarding and improving people′s livelihood, through the government′s macro-control.This paper illustrates the connation of “people′s livelihood 、the development of the thought of people′s livelihood、the Communist Party of China unique thoughts of people′s livelihood, then analyzes the basic role of the market mechanism in the socialist market economy and the shortcomings and failings of protecting people′s livelihood,to further explore the importance of government intervention and how to ensure and improve people′s livelihood through the government macro-control,realize people′s rich life,solve the livelihood problems in the income distribution,employment policy,social security the broad masses of the people has the vital significance.
