The Study On The Impact Of Workers’ Households’ Income By Developing And Utilizing Non-wood Forest Products

For a long time, the forest resources are mainly used to provide timber for living and production activities of human society, non-timber forest product resources offered are often not taken seriously. With the development of human society to improve understanding of forest’s ecological benefit, economic benefit, social benefit and science and technology, the non-wood forest products in promoting economic development, protecting the ecological environment and promoting the sustainable development of forestry has become an increasingly important role. From the late 1980s, Heilongjiang province forest industry region into the dilemmas of recoverable resources crisis and forestry enterprises economic crisis, the economy of forest region is very poorly, the income of workers’ household level is very low. In such a grim situation, the rational development and utilization of non wood forest product resources, has become an inevitable choice for state-owned forest zone get rid of the crisis and the household workers’ income. Songhuajiang region is an important part of forest industry area of Heilongjiang Province, forest resources are abundant, and there are many different kinds of non-wood forest products. In recent years, the development and utilization of non-wood forest products has become an important method of forest resource development and utilization of songhuajiang region. Therefore, studying the impact on the workers’ households’ income by the development and utilization of non-wood resources forest products is particularly necessary, is not only conducive to the rational development and utilization of promoting the non-wood forest products, but also to promote the income of workers’ household and the sustainable development of social economy plays.In this study, on the basis of learning status of workers’ households’ income and the development and utilization of non-wood forest products, based on the field research data, through the analysis of the impact of the development and utilization of non-wood forest products on workers’ households’ income from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative respectively, combined these two aspects, putting forward to some suggestions about the development and utilization of non-wood forest products which can increase workers’ households’ income in songhuajiang region, including perfecting the non-wood resource development and protection system, strengthening economic support, strengthening technical training, establishing and improving the forestland circulation mechanism, perfecting the information flows and sales channels, strengthening professional cooperation.
