Research On The Linkage Effect Of Non-wood Forest Products Industry Structure In Heilongjiang State-owned Forest Region

Since April 1,2014,the commercial forest cutting of natural forests has been stopped in key state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang province,the traditional entity economy dominated by wood utilization in state-owned forest region has been seriously affected,which means that relying solely on timber production to improve economic efficiency is no longer applicable to the economic development of forest areas,so Heilongjiang state-owned forest region is badly in need of solutions for socio-economic transformation,in this grim situation,how to speed up the transformation from traditional wood economy to non-wood economy has become the focus of current research.Non-wood forest products resources,with theirs multiple ecological benefits and sustainable economic value,have become the new economic growth point of forestry for promoting the transformation of state-owned forest region.Therefore,in the context of logging ban,how to optimize the non-wood forest products industrial structure and promote the rapid development of non-wood forest products industry plays a vital role for promoting forestry industrial structure adjustment and accelerating the transformation of forestry economy in Heilongjiang state-owned forest region.Based on the urgent need of the transformation and development of the state-owned forest areas as well as the current domestic and foreign research on the forestry industry and nonwood forest products,first of all,this research made the descriptive statistical analysis on the development of non-wood forest products industry from the perspective of industrial development,and it can make clear the status and trends of industrial development.Secondly,this research analyzed the linkage effect between non-wood forest products industry and forestry industrial structure by means of the gray correlation model from the industrial correlation,and it can quantify the impact of non-wood forest products industry on the development of forestry industry and make clear the status of non-wood forest products industry in the current forestry industry.Furthermore,based on the internal structure of nonwood forest products industry,the vector autoregressive model is used to describe the dynamic characteristics of industrial system from the perspective of endogenous growth of non-wood forest products industry system,this research quantified the dynamic effect and contribution level of various industries of non-wood forest products industry to entire industry by impulse response function model according to modeling results,based on the results of the analysis,all non-wood forest products industries are divided into the most advantageous industries,the short-term superiority industries and the long-term superiority industries.Finally,according to the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis,some countermeasures were put forward to promote the development of non-wood forest products industry in Heilongjiang province,which can promote forestry economic transformation in state-owned forest region and realize sustainable development of forestry economy on the basis of giving full play to the economic benefits,ecological benefits and social benefits of non-wood forest products industry.
