The frequent occurrence of such events is largely hindered the export of mushroom products.This paper studies the status quo of China’s export trade mushroom, analyzes the structure of mushroom products, market distribution; and to study the status quo of China’s TBT mushroom trade is facing, and the results found by the VAR model:technical trade barriers is an important cause of mushroom hinder exports, the impact on China’s export trade TBT United States and Japan set to be negative. The results of that analysis, we use game theory to build a model of imperfect information dynamic game mushroom export deal with technical barriers to trade, the following conclusions:mushroom export enterprises have the following three choices when faced with TBT:"struggle", " improvement "or" give up "; rational country in the face of TBT does not select" give up "; as long as the" struggle "is less than the cost of technical" improvement "of the cost of the exporting country will first select the" fight "strategy.
