Study On New-type Urbanization Construction In The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Since the reform and opening up,the urbanization of our country has rapidly developed,towns are increasing constantly,and the scale of cities and towns is continually expanding,urban landscape change every day.The achievements of urbanization is the inevitable outcome of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,is the embodiment of social civilization and progress, is an important force to promote our country building a well-off society. The city is developing, the rural area is progressing, the gap between the cities and the rural is gradually reduced, at in the comprehensive development of urban and rural integration.As the rapid development of productivity and the improvement of people’s living standard,people’s requirement on the ecological environment is getting higher and higher.In the process of understanding and transforming the world,human emphasis on the respect for nature and understand more deeply on the ecological civilization. In the urban construction, human positively response the various problems appeared in the process of the town, coordinate the overall development of Human- Natural- Society, to achieve the sustainable development of cities. In November 2012, as the victory of holding the 18th China Communist Party conference,ecological civilization as a new bright spot was put on a higher height.The construction of ecological civilization was introduced by an independent chapter in the 18th Party report, showing its important strategic status clearly. Today, when urbanization develops rapidly in China, we not only have to face a series of economic and social problems, but also have to face the problems like shortage of resources and ecological environment deterioration. Therefore, in the new background of ecological civilization, how to plan and construct socialist new town, how to run through the concept of ecological civilization to the urbanization development process, how to achieve harmony between human, social and natural, is what we need efforts to explore and implement in the future construction of urbanization.This passage mainly research on the related contents on urbanization by five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, it mainly expounds the research background, significance, content, methods and technical routes; The second chapter is the urbanization theory summary, mainly summarized and discussed the basic theory of urbanization and ecological civilization; The third chapter is the status and problems of China’s urbanization, on the basic of recognizing the achievement of urbanization, analysis and summarize a series of problems during the development of urbanization; The fourth chapter is the realization path of China’s urbanization under the perspective of ecological civilization, that is ecological civilization is the major premise as guidance, combining with the contents of the previous three chapters, comprehensive study and propose solutions to the problem.
