In order to meet the domestic timber demand, maintain ecological security, our government has adopted the "open source" and "cutting" and policy. "Open source" is to vigorously carry out a forestation activities, encourages the import of timber and its products; "throttling" is the conservation and efficient use of wood. Therefore, the wood products production project economic evaluation has very important research significance.The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate the economic benefit of fast-growing poplar plastic-plate production project, put forward reasonable suggestions for the development of wood products. Economic benefit evaluation based on the fast-growing poplar plastic-plate production project as the main line, put forward the economic benefit evaluation for fast-growing poplar plastic-plate production project index. In the course of this study, the main use of AHP and fuzzy evaluation method, to analyze and evaluate the economic benefit evaluation index system of the project, basically achieved the purpose of this study, provides a set of scientific system for forestry construction project economic benefits.This paper firstly analyses the development trend of wood industry, the wood industry background and market analysis. Secondly, introduces the evaluation on the economic benefit of the project theory-of knowledge. Then introduces the basic situation of fast-growing poplar plastic-plate production project. Finally, this paper defines the concept of fast-growing poplar plastic-plate production economic benefits of the project, analysis the formation mechanism. influencing factors and evaluation index of it, and puts forward the fast-growing poplar plastic-plate theory and economic benefit evaluation of project; economic’evaluation of fast-growing poplar plastic-plate production project, by using the AHP-fuzzy evaluation method to build the the fast-growing poplar plastic-plate production project economic evaluation index system. |
