Research On The Asset Operation Benefit Assessing System Of The Petroleum Project Plate In Oilcompany

With the further reforming, enterprise competition is becoming more intense. As for it, Enterprise need pay attention to asset operation and set up some indexes to measure it. The comprehensive performance evaluation is foundational for the oil enterprises'management. The Establishment of a comprehensive performance evaluation system on asset operation has been a practical selection for the petroleum project plate in oilcompany to enhance economic benefit and market competitiveness.At first , this paper analyses the current situation of asset operation and benefit assessment of the petroleum project plate in oilcompany. Secondly, this paper summarizes the developing progress of the asset operation and the benefit assessment and the research harvest at home and abroad. and then shows the inevitability and feasibility of setting up the asset operation benefit assessing system. Thirdly, this paper construct the asset operation benefit assessing system and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evalution method to explain the system. At last the paper probes into ways and proposes measures to the application of a asset operation benefit assessing system for the petroleum project plate in oilcompany, in order to perfect the system of asset management in the petroleum project plate, and to promote the level of asset management for the petroleum project plate in oilcompany, to strengthen the institution of introcontrol , to rationalize of floating of asset and to optimize the allocation of resources, finally, to enhance the whole benefit of the asset operation for the petroleum project plate in oilcompany .This paper is on the basis of analyzing the related theories of enterprises'performance asset operation and benefit assessment and uses synthetically such research approaches as AHP and Efficacy Coefficient Method, and put forward models and concrete measures for the establishment and application of a comprehensive asset operation benefit assessing system for the petroleum project plate in oilcompany.
