Financial Evaluation On Polyurethane Downstream Products And Related Projects Of Q Chemical Industry Park In N City

Chemical industry is an important resource processing industries, and also is a basic industry to heavy chemical industry. The development of chemical industry is the only way for new industrialization. As the economic center of western, rich resource create a unique chemical condition for the development of the petrochemical industry in N city. In order to make chemical industry bigger and stronger to promote it further development, N city must focus on the development of petrochemical industry.In this context, Q chemical industry park in N City plans to invest 7.56 billion yuan, which lasted 24 months (November 2011-October 2013), to the construction of polyurethane downstream products and related projects. After completion, the project will reach an annual output production capacity of 80 million tons. The project not only accords with N City Chemical Industry Development Plan and conductive to the development of Q Chemical Industry Park, but also promotes local economic development. Therefore, the project is of great significance and it is very necessary.Under the current taxation system and the price system conditions, from a project finance perspective, the project financial evaluation calculate the project’s financial profitability and liquidity, thus determine the financial viability of the project. As the real estate development has spatial fixity, investment in large-scale, long development cycle, so, in terms of more general projects, the financial evaluation of real estate development project has more significance.Based on the basic principles and methods of modern project financial evaluation, this paper gives a study on the financial evaluation of polyurethane downstream products and related projects of Q chemical industry park in N City. This study has kind of direction, predictability and innovation and not only can provide scientific basis for investment decisions but is valuable for the construction and management of this project. Also I hope that this article can provide reference for the future research.
