H Enterprise Cloud Computing Service Project Business Case Research

Cloud Computing is a new type of business calculation model, and the information technology and network development trend, the application, data and IT resources to serve the way through the network to give users use in this mode; In short, Cloud Computing= (software+platform+infrastructure) x service, the Cloud Computing service highlighted the characteristics of standardization, virtualization and automation in the technical level, and it show the characteristics of the access and use anytime and anywhere, faster service delivery, pay for actual usage, on-demand extension etc. in the business level. Cloud Computing expected objectives are to computing power as a kind of like water and electricity same utility resources, quick, safe and low cost to give users.The research and application about Cloud Computing is still in an initial beginning stage in our country, the complete Cloud Computing practice case (include at least technical architecture and business mode two fields) is relative fewness, so this studies is urgently need to develop. This paper firstly provide the analysis report of cloud computing development trends and application situation at home and abroad, and map out the business needs analysis, product scheme selection, business model transformation and economic benefit analysis from the perspective of one large enterprise of "private cloud" project, to draw enterprise cloud computing service project business mode, and provide theoretical reference and practice basis for the such programs.
