The Study On Consultation And Supervision System Of WD Corporation’s IT Construction Project

The main purpose of enterprise informatization is to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises, including R&D, purchasing, manufacturing, sales, after-sale service and other processes, by taking advantages of modern information techniques and management models, in order to promote their economic benefits and competitiveness. With "informatization wave" sweeping, more and more enterprises have implemented informatization construction, the role of IT consultation and IT supervision in the information construction projects is increasingly evident. By an international perspective, IT consultation and IT supervision has been attached to the countries with higher marketization. With the economic globalization, the people who work in the field of enterprise informatization, have generally begun to concern about the following issues:how could China’s IT consultation and IT supervision enterprise help manufacturing enterprise to deal with the new challenges of the external environment, how could it reduce the gap with the international advanced IT consultation and IT supervision enterprise, and how could it continue to play an active role in sustainable and healthy development of enterprise informatization.This paper persists in the combination of theory and fact, using system analysis method, the combining method of theoretical analysis and empirical research, and knowledge of enterprise informatization, IT consulting and IT supervise. The study content of this paper includes the following parts.1) Based on the summarization of the development of international and domestic enterprise informatization, IT consulting and IT supervise, it analyzes the characteristics and connotation of enterprise informatization, the concept, content and methods IT consulting, and the concept and methods IT Supervise.2) With group control method and the value chain method, it analyses that WD’s enterprise information planning is necessary and feasible from WD’s IT present, IT development strategy and IT planning needs.3) According to the group management features and management requirements, it puts forward IT consulting planning methods that it contains four stages and plans in detail for the WD’s IT mission, vision, goal, guiding principles, IT governance, application architecture and implementation plan.4) With the WD’s IT projects, it puts forward the integration mode of IT consulting and IT supervise. That is the role of IT supervise by IT consulting during the IT project, binding IT consulting, IT supervise and the enterprise together. And it analyzes the strategy, steps and content of IT supervise. proposes some important guidance documents in the IT supervise, and summarizes six kinds of risks during IT planning and implementation.Through this research and project practice shows the integration mode of IT consulting and IT supervise model is feasible in the enterprise information project, this model can effectively resolve the inconsistencies in the planning and implementation of IT projects, effective control of the project risk and ensure maximum success rate of projects.
