The system of engineering consultation industry in China is still unconsummated. How do firm system and firms's running joint with international customs and how are engineering consultation market system and regulation consummated is an important question for discussion for development of engineering consultation industry in China. The paper includes six chapters to solve the problem. The first and second chapter introduces the basic circumstances of engineering consultation industry in China.
