In this paper, the psychological contract breach is due to the concept of organizational behavior, researchers have studied some related contents from different angles of the psychological contract. They research on psychological contract mechanism, and have formed several main theoretical explanation on how to generate it. Furthermore, they also studied the influence of the psychological contract breach, the specific effects is discussed about the influence of job satisfaction, retention intentions, and organizational citizenship behavior, etc.Psychological contract breach refers to, in specific work environment, the perception of obligations or commitments of employees in performing the convention made by they and enterprises or organizations, and organizational citizenship behavior is one of the staff on their behavior, the behavior has no clear rules in formal reward system, but can have the effect of ascension in the performance of the company or organization. Existing studies have shown that employees’ psychological contract breach has a significant negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and at the same time the reduce of organizational citizenship behavior will produce negative effect on the enterprise organization performance, therefore, how to effectively prevent employees perceived psychological contract breach in the specific work environment and cause negative effect on enterprise performance is more and more get the attention of many researchers. This study combined with Weiss and Cropanzano’s Affective Events(AET) introducing the emotion factor, to explore the factors in the psychological contract breach produced in the process of impact on organizational citizenship behavior, and aims to clarify the relationship thus to put forward the corresponding solutions to improve business performance.This article mainly uses The Psychological Contract Breach scale, The PANAS, and The Job Satisfaction Scale to give questionnaire for the selected three kinds of employees(state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises), these questionnaires survey to study emotions in the role of the psychological contract breach influence on organizational citizenship behavior, using SPSS18.0 analyses the collected data. Based on the statistical analysis of data, this study has the following conclusions:1. There is significant negative correlation between the psychological contract breach and organizational citizenship behavior. The employees realize the higher the degree of damage, the less they exhibit organization citizenship behavior.2. The psychological contract breach may be related to emotion: Positive emotions exist significant negative correlation and there is also a significant positive correlation with negative emotions.3. Psychological contract breach and job satisfaction exist significant negative correlation.4. There is significant correlation between emotion and organizational citizenship behavior: The positive emotion and organizational citizenship behavior have significant positive correlation. While the negative emotions and organizational citizenship behavior has a significant negative correlation.5. There is a significant correlation between emotion and job satisfaction, the significant positive correlation between positive emotions and job satisfaction, a significant negative correlation between negative emotions and job satisfaction.6. There is a significant positive correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction.7. Emotion plays a partial intermediary role between the psychological contract breach and organizational citizens, while the job satisfaction also plays a partial intermediary role between emotion and organizational citizenship behavior. The effectiveness of this theoretical model has a certain extent support with some data in this study.
