Since the application of reform and open policy and the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, China start to play a role in the global economy and as a result, it has been really different in Chinese economy, society, and culture. Instead of simple trading, every company's business profit point have turn to be the products and techniques. However, these are based on the talents a company keeps and the inspiration of these talents.Psychological contract is a belief about each other's responsibility kept by both the employee and organization. Seeing from the employees' eyes, it comes to be a recognition of the obligation the organization should shoulder up. Whenever an employee feels a break of these promises, he or she will have a feeling of psychological contract breach(PCB). In the context of the economic and culture transition, the corporations are facing a fast changing environment both in and out the organization bound, and the employees' values also vary with each passing day. Although the employers have recognized the importance of the talents, they are drained to feed the staffs by perfectly fulfilling their beliefs about the organization's obligations, which blocked the employees' potential value and make it an important but difficult thesis in this era of talent competition.Different from the previous studies which done on the base of social exchange and social identity theory, this research makes resource depletion a breakthrough point, and tries to explore the outcomes, mediation and boundary of PCB. With a strict theory reasoning, we built our research model and conducted a survey in Guangdong, Hubei, Henan, and Shandong province, and finally got a sample of more than 200 matched questionnaires. The conclusions we find from the statistics analysis are as follows.Firstly, PCB is positively related with organizational silence(OS), destructive voice(DV), and organization-oriented deviant behaviors. Secondly, ego depletion mediates the relations between PCB and OS and DV. Lastly, perceived insider status has a significantly negative moderating effect between PCB and DV.At the end of this research, we put up some management implications based on the statistical analysis and summarize the deficiency and the possible research direction in the future.
