Research On S Company To Establish Corporate Social Responsibility Management System

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) conception became popular in most developed counties, and then was more and more acceptable by corporates globally. Nowadays, CSR becomes a hot topic. The CSR management system is the finalized form of conception. Along with the CSR is getting continuously deep in the society, the management system has already been a strategic plan main point to be discussed widely.S company, as the object of the research, the subsidiary of a European group, has been following the CSR conception since establishment. During the development, S company makes many achievements on CSR behaviors.Part one is the research background, meanings and the current researching result of CSR. Part two, the supporting theory, define the CSR, clarify the features and values of CSR and moreover, introduce the development of CSR management system. In this part, standardize the content of management system and establishment methods, to provide the theoretical basis of this research. Part three, analyze the current status of S company’s CSR, figure out the problems and point out the reasons behind. Party four, is the core part of this research, propose a CSR management system establish plan of S company according to the current development of CSR, combined with the business features of S company, including the principles and specifications.
