| The globalization competition lies in the competition for talent, and an important way to improve the overall quality of staff is training. State tobacco monopoly administration put forward "big training, education" training policy, is the most effective way to adapt to this new form.As the tobacco industry, Shandong tobacco training institution is tobacco staff training center and secondary professional school, which also under Provincial Education Department’s business guidance, experienced 30 years development, have made great progress in all aspects. But because of the national policy changes, the reform of institution, development conditions and other reasons, the school has encountered some shackles in the long-term sustainable development, especially at the strategic level, which has produced negative influence on the development of school. This paper has conducted a study on sustainable development strategy of Shandong tobacco training institution, and has put forward the implementation strategy design feasible suggestions, using the strategic management knowledge learned in MBA courses, combined with the school currently facing the internal and external environment.Firstly this paper analyzed its internal and external environment’s advantage and disadvantage using SWOT and environmental analysis, then put forward school’s development strategy, the strategic goals of school and other development vision, and proposed the strategic choice and strategic planning for school development.The developing strategic objective of Shandong tobacco training institution:three project to carry out school "teachers, famous brand, famous", under Provincial Tobacco companies’s support forming a degree education, and industry staff training market in the province and outside the training market, students comprehensive quality, number of students and training level.double promotion pattern; Further optimize teachers quality, to basic realize well arranged, teamwork and professional; and brand construction has made obvious progress with professional, have formed a number of outstanding specialties and famous brand of professional training; More standardized internal management and substantially increasing of comprehensive strength make the school become comprehensive vocational colleges and vocational training center with occupation education, staff training, adult diploma education and cultural education for the aged.This paper’s study shows that, the development of training institution is confronting with unprecedented opportunities, but also threats and challenges, to lead into strategic management and enhance the consciousness of strategy management, is the only way that Shandong tobacco training institution achieve long-term sustainable development. |
