The Impact Of The Amateur Go Stage Ranking System On The Children’s Go Education And Training Institutions And Optimization Suggestions

Since the 1980 s,my country has officially adopted the Japanese "ranking system",and joined the "ranking system" in 2005.It has promoted the popularization of the Go project and the improvement of the level of Go to a certain extent,but with the Go project The continuous development of the company has also produced some problems.This article aims to find out the influencing factors of Shaanxi Province’s current Go segment level system on Xi’an children’s Go education and training institutions,and put forward relevant suggestions to promote the healthy development of Xi’an children’s Go education and training institutions.Through literature,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,field investigations,comparative studies and other methods,the parents of 209 children’s Go education and training institutions and the operators of 35 children’s Go education and training institutions have been investigated and studied.Comparing the relevant Duan ranking system in Jiangsu Province with the better development of education and training institutions and Shaanxi Province Go Duan ranking system.Interviews and exchanges with more than 10 experts and scholars on relevant issues,and summarizes the results after screening based on the opinions of the expert interviews.The influencing factors of the Shaanxi Go section ranking system on the children’s Go education and training institutions in Xi’an.The influencing factors mainly include the design of the dan-rank system itself,the credibility of the dan-rank system,the guidance of the dan-rank system to institutional interests,and the attraction of the dan-rank certificate to parents.The following conclusions are drawn through research:1.For a long time,children’s Go education and training institutions have achieved certain development in software and hardware facilities.2.The implementation of the Go level system has a greater impact on the development of children’s Go education and training institutions in terms of operation,teaching and cultural heritage.3.There is a certain contradiction between the design of the Go stage ranking system itself and the cultural heritage and educational function.There are certain problems in the setting of the ranking,the passing rate of the game,and the content of the assessment.4.As the only official system of the Go project,the Go segment level system is too influential.It has become the baton of children’s Go education and training institutions.It has a greater impact on the hardware conditions,software conditions,teaching content and teaching methods of the institution.influences.5.The Go Duan-ranking system makes the pursuit of Duan-rank performance the main way for children’s Go education and training institutions to make profits,which to a certain extent hinders the diversified development of institutions.6.The attractiveness of the Go level certificate has an impact on the mentality of parents,causing them to exert excessive pressure on children and teachers,which affects the healthy development of the organization to a certain extent.Based on the above influencing factors and conclusions,after consulting expert opinions,the following optimization suggestions are put forward:1.In the design of the amateur Go stage ranking system,it is clear that the inheritance of education and culture is the core,and the technical assessment must obey the general requirements.Improvements have been made in the following aspects: improving the level setting,adjusting the passing rate,adding assessment content,promoting the appropriate decentralization of power,and strengthening communication and learning.2.Weaken the commanding role of the rank system from the policy point of view,and promote the diversified development of institutions.3.The management department guides the organization to improve its operating philosophy and establish the correct value concept for the industry.4.Strengthen the propaganda in the field of Go culture and education,and guide parents to correctly understand the meaning of the Duan Rank Certificate.
