Research On Sport Tourism Industry Development Of The Low-carbon Economy Perspective

Low-carbon economy which is broadly concerned by government, industry and academia is an approach to address climate change and transformation of the social economic development. In recent years, the concept of low-carbon economy has already infiltrated into the field of tourism and developed well.Low-carbon tourism has been a response to the low-carbon economy that ensures low-carbon emissions and a decrease in pollution which associated with tourism and relative industries, which is important for the development of social economic system, ecological system, green and low-carbon economic system. Sport tourism, combining the sports and tourism activities, is a special mode of leisure travel. Recently, with the growing of sport tourism, the rising of holiday economic and the improving system of holidays with pay, the sport tourism industries are developing rapidly. A formation of the mode of low-carbon economic with a decrease in pollution and low-carbon emission and low-energy is inevitable in sustainable development of sport tourism industry which is confluent, comprehensive and complicated. The article explores the development path of sport tourism industry in the perspective of low-carbon economic, attempting to imbed the low-carbon economic theory in the progress of sport tourism industry and operation law, to provide theoretical basis and reference for driving the development of sport tourism industry and promoting the management practice efficiently.This study forms the theory structure of sport tourism industry based on the theory of sustainability and low-carbon economy, and tries to apply them to practice. This paper is framed as follows:Chapter one:Introduction. The problems of sport tourism industry that need to be concerned are presented under the background of the global warming and environment problems rising. This study is designed to settle these problems in low-carbon economy and sustainable perspective. At the same time, the study combs the phase characteristic and study field of the international sport tourism industry, pointing out that it needs to enlarge the study field, integrate the perspectives, put out new methods.Chapter Two:Relative concepts and theories. In this part, It makes boundaries of concepts, such as low-carbon economy, low-carbon industry, sport tourism, sport tourism industry, especially interpreting the low-carbon sport tourism and explaining the characteristic of it. This study points out that low-carbon sport tourism industry reflects the faith of sustainable tourism, ecological tourism, green tourism etc.and it is the very reformation in exploitation of tourism resource, growth of tourists’ consume, the value of the tourism. It also combs the two core theory in the progress of low-carbon sport tourism industry in which low-carbon economy is the technical support and the sustainable development is the theory support.Chapter three:The present situation and constraint condition of sport tourism industry in the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula from the view of low-carbon economy. In the point of tourism industry, It analyzes the characteristics of sport tourism resource, the constraint condition of tourism product and exploitation tourism market, recognizing the necessary of developing sport tourism industry and obstacles like that lack of consciousness, motivation and technology. Developing of the low-carbon sport tourism industry is beneficial to transform the traditional development mode, improve the cognitive and environment of sport tourism industry. Chapter four:The foundation and environment condition of sport tourism industry in the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula. In this chapter, the author analyzes that the good geographical location is the important condition, the gift of region tourism resource is the important element, region tourism market and social economy is the relying,policy and technology is the support.Chapter five:The low-carbon sports tourism industry development potential measurement and evaluation in the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula. It analyzes low-carbon development ability, low-carbon output, low-carbon environment, low-carbon infrastructure support and low-carbon policy five aspects, building the evaluation index system of low carbon sports tourism industry develop potential, using the mean square error and the methods of multi-index composite index, valuing and analyzing the potential development of low-carbon sports tourism industry in Shandong peninsula blue economic zone, revealing low-carbon potential component and characteristics, and policy suggestions are being raised to accord with the actual situation of sports tourism, quantitative basis are offered to formulate the standard of the low-carbon sports tourism industry. Carbon emission is the important measure of low-carbon levels, and it main comes from the tourism transportation. It needs the synergy of transportation, accommodation, restaurants in industrialization of the low-carbon technology to reach the low-carbon sport tourism industry goal.Chapter six:The development path and suggestions to the low-carbon sport tourism industry in the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula. There are some strategies for the low-carbon development as follows:transforming the traditional concept, creating productive elements, making a whole plan, adjusting industry structure, optimizing the layout of industry.Chapter seven:Conclusions. There are the summaries and conclusions of the study with pointing out the weakness and the key point in the next step.
