As the country hastens the construction of a new socialist countryside and develops vigorously the "three rural" economy,the status of local corporate financial institutions has become more and more important in China financial system.It is the main force of the financial innovation, with the aggregation and radiation effect of the flow of capital, has played a significant role in stimulating the economy and supporting the development of the national economy.Therefore, the operation and management of local corporate financial institutions should not be underestimated.This paper selected the financial data of 71 local corporate financial institutions in Fujian from 2011 to 2013,and make a statistical analysis on the efficiency of the local corporate financial institutions in Fujian Province by theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.First of all, using financial index analysis method to to do a preliminary analysis of efficiency on the local corporate financial institutions;Secondly, using the factors analysis based on the framework of CAMEL and summarizing the influence factors of local corporate financial institutions’operating performance;Then, calculating the static efficiency anddynamic efficiency of local corporate financial institutions, by using the method of non-parametric Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) and Malmquist index;Finally, according to the previous empirical analysis,making a comprehensive discuss on operating performance of Fujian local corporate financial institutions,and providing scientific theoretical basis and effective policy recommendations for the supervision and development of local corporate financial institutions.
