As entering the knowledge economy time, the carrier of knowledge—human is becoming the most important resource that relates to the development of the enterprise. Voluntary turnover is the primary problem need to be solved by HR department. Voluntary turnover will bring a lot of bad effects to the enterprise, like low efficiency, lack of talent, increasing the management cost, and etc. so as the manager, finding the factors that affect voluntary turnover is critical to solve the problem.This study takes Herbapex Corporation Limited as the research sample, adopts questionnaire survey and makes use of SPSS statistics software to analyze the effects to turnover brought by job satisfaction and organizational commitment, in order to give some suggestions for enterprises to enhance the job satisfaction, and avoid voluntary turnover.There are four main parts in this thesis. First, the thesis clarifies the subject and its significance, and then overviews previous related research outcomes, establishes the research framework. This study discusses relationships between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention by using interview, questionnaire survey and data analysis. The conclusions show that both job satisfaction and organizational commitment are high, and turnover intention is at a low level. The differences of personal status affect some components of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Once controlling variance—organizational commitment, "training" and "line manager" have a significant correlation with turnover intention. Once controlling variance—job satisfaction, "good comment of the enterprise" has a significant correlation with turnover intention. According to the conclusion of canonical correlation analysis, the components of job satisfaction and the components of organizational commitment correlate significantly. "Training", "line manager", "the sense of belonging" and "good comment of enterprise" has significant prediction ability to turnover intention. At the end, according to the conclusion of this study the writer gives some suggestions to enterprise manager, and figure out the limitation of this thesis.The innovations of this thesis are that, this study proves that job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect turnover intention together. From the sample aspect, this study takes a medical enterprise that has never been studied. And this thesis studies both job satisfaction and organizational commitment themselves and their components.
