With the rapid development of technology and the advance of economic globalization, the manufacturing enterprise has been put forward new requirements in order to meet the manufacturing agility, virtual and collaborative demand in the network infrastructure and the manufacturing business. As the grid of third generation of Internet applications, there are many similarities between the thought of virtual organization and advanced manufacturing industry in which the virtual enterprise idea produced. Therefore, the grid technology is applied to manufacturing industry that can effectively solve the problems and challenges faced by manufacturing industry. Manufacturing grid is emerge under demand as the times require in the sharing of manufacturing resources. In the process of the sharing of resources, the efficiency of resource allocation will directly affect the interests of manufacturing enterprises. In order to obtain the variation law of resource allocation efficiency to choose the optimal resource allocation scheme.It is necessary to conduct a study on the resource allocation efficiency of the enterprise in manufacturing grid.In order to study the change of manufacturing efficiency problem of grid resource allocation of manufacturing resources, combined with the characteristics of distribution and diversity, this paper establishes the manufacturing grid resource allocation network model based on the scale free network theory. Through numerical calculation of the statistical index of complex networks and attribute function, we choose appropriate resource allocation scheme to achieve global optimization of resource allocation. Using this model and the allocation of resources evaluation index, through simulation and experimental data analysis, we obtains the resource allocation efficiency of the changes with the evolution of manufacturing grid structure. The main research work is as follows:First, describe the process of manufacturing grid resource allocation and establish the model.Describe the method to interact and match the resource information during manufacturing enterprise group in order to complete the reasonable allocation of resources. According to the actual to determine the representative of the significance of nodes and edges in the network model. When a node finishes a manufacturing task, it must get all the resources needed by the task. The node itself has some of the resources, the other should be got from adjacent or indirectly connected nodes.Each node is needed and can provide different resources, the total supply and demand of resourcesis balance. When the nodes are in a certain connection, we analyze each node how to access resources from other nodes to meet its demand, and allocates resources to other nodes through different ways of connection.Second, study on the evolution laws of manufacturing grid resource allocation efficiency and grid system indicators. Each node in the manufacturing grid system, the connection relationship will change over time, for example some of the edges will appear and disappear. According to the calculation of some statistical indexes in different time or nodes with different connecting relations,including degree, degree distribution and clustering coefficient. Change and apply these indicators,so that we get multiple function to describe the efficiency of the allocation of the grid. Through the numerical calculation of simulation, we sum up the evolution of manufacturing grid resource allocation.Third, use appropriate software to simulate the evolution of resource allocation network model.Write a program to describe the relation of node and edge in model. The change the time to simulate the changes on resource demand and supply of nodes. At the same time, we calculate the output set index value. By using the statistical software we establish a graph of index value and analyze different graphs to draws the resource allocation efficiency with the node change rules and the contact of practical application.
