The Allocation Of Nature Gas Rescource In Sichuan And Chongqing Area

With the transformation of China’s economic development mode, transformation from the original high pollution development mode for the development of low carbon environmental protection, for more natural gas and other clean energy demand more, use of natural gas is becoming more and more important, however, natural gas resources are scarce, therefore, to realize the optimal allocation of natural gas resources need further research, system theory and method of optimization of natural gas resources, combined with the actual situation of Sichuan Chongqing region, to find the area of Sichuan and Chongqing natural gas resources optimization allocation mode.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative research methods combined, according to control theory, price theory, resource allocation theory, put forward the principles and objectives of allocation of natural gas resources. Analysis of natural gas in Sichuan and Chongqing area present situation of resource allocation, that the natural gas resources has achieved some results, but the allocation of resources to the plan configuration, price distortions, the gap between supply and demand is increasing, the low efficiency of resources allocation problem. In the analysis of the allocation of resources on the basis of the status quo, analysis of the impact of six factors which affect the natural gas resource allocation. According to the long-term prospects of natural gas industry chain development and reform of price trend, analyses the influence on the allocation of natural gas resources, the natural gas resource configuration optimization scheme.Through the above research, the paper has obtained two results: first, exploration and development, natural gas price, natural gas utilization policy in six aspects of factors, affecting the efficiency of the allocation of resources in Sichuan and Chongqing area among them, price as the core factors; second, from the overall balance, the coordinated development of industry chain, the user structure three to achieve the level of natural gas resource allocation optimization.
