Research Background. At present, the development model of China's economy has shifted from”efficiency-driven development " to"innovation-driven development".However, the H island phenomenon"of technological innovation and the"two skins " of technology transfer are still very prominent, resulting in insufficient integration of production, education and research. The technology service system is not sound enough.Among them, the links between cooperative innovation, production diffusion and technology transfer among various innovation entities are disconnected from each other, and the density of innovation(including the ability and speed of knowledge dissemination)is relatively low,and there is no system for effective operation. The ecosystem is derived from the field of ecology. It is an innovative ecological chain composed of the main body, links and elements of innovation. The innovation chains in these different industries cross-integrate and interact to form a regional innovation ecosystem. That is,the innovation ecosystem. As the latest development paradigm in the modern economy, the innovation ecosystem is the habitat for all stakeholders and resources needed to achieve continuous innovation, with diversity, openness, networking and dynamics.Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area is the"new locomotive"for economic growth under the new normal of China. It is one of the regions with the highest degree of openness, the strongest innovation and the fastest flow of economic factors in China, and has an important strategic position in national development. It has a good foundation for building a world-class Bay Area and a world urban agglomeration.Innovative ecosystems, market environment, human capital, infrastructure, education and training institutions, and industrial systems, all kinds of innovative development factors, accelerate the circulation, mutual support, coordinated development and deep integration in the Bay Area economy, and promote the Bay Area economy to become an important growth engine for world development. At present, the regional growth and development dynamic system formed by various innovative environments in the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area which is driving the Bay Area into a sustainable innovation ecosystem. The Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, led by the core cities of Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Hong Kong and Macao, which is the central carrying area for technological innovation in the Bay Area and the core demonstration area for technology transfer. The in-depth cooperation between the core cities in the areas of entrepreneurial incubation, technology finance, transformation of results, international technology transfer, and technology services has provided convenience for the transformation of advanced technological achievements such as Hong Kong and Macao universities, research institutions and technology business incubators.Innovative enterprises enable knowledge to cross the barriers between different practical activities, open the channels from invention and innovation to the market, and the innovation environment in the region is brewing into the habitat of innovative ecosystems.Technology transfer itself is a network-wide process of transforming knowledge into productivity. If we promote the construction of the Bay Area and the Science and Technology Innovation Corridor,we will break through various barriers that are not conducive to the flow and combination of innovation factors, and organically integrate various innovations.Elements, then accelerate the evolution from factor aggregation to ecological development.Through literature analysis,it is found that the research on technology transfer by domestic and foreign researchers has many dimensions such as transfer performance, influencing factors and participation roles, while there are few related problems in researching technology transfer from the perspective of innovation ecosystem.Research purposes. From the perspective of the innovation ecosystem, this paper comprehensively applies the relevant theoretical foundations of management, ecology, innovation and system theory, and on the basis of enriching and developing the theory of innovation ecosystem,the"Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao"innovation and technology corridor Descriptive research on innovation development and technology transfer, explore the technology transfer three-dimensional networked habitat operation mode of constructing its innovation ecosystem, and propose relevant policy recommendations to provide theoretical basis, practical guidance for the development of the overall innovation ecosystem in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area.Research method.Through literature combing method, macro cluster analysis and typical case analysis method, the derivative development of innovation ecosystem and the research status at home and abroad are analyzed, and the typical development of foreign innovation ecosystem is analyzed from different levels of country, region and industry.Cases, systematically describe and analyze the status quo of innovation and development of the " Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao " innovation and technology corridor through field research, interviews and policy combing, through the introduction and reference of multidisciplinary theory of economics, coordination and management, comprehensive Data envelopment analysis(DEA),input-output analysis and multi-sector analysis(MSA)were used to construct a technology transfer model for the"Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao"innovation and technology corridor area in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area.Research result.By comparing the status quo and research dimensions of technology transfer at home and abroad,it is found that the research on technology transfer mode and mechanism in China is still in the stage of exploration and development, the technology transfer mechanism is not perfect, and the transfer efficiency evaluation systems are not scientific enough, compared with the technology of developed countries. There is a certain gap in the transfer.Through systematic analysis and comparison of the innovation system development of the"Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao " innovation and technology corridor through different dimensional indicators,it is found that the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area as a whole is developing towards the model of innovative ecosystem, and the innovation and development efficiency is obvious.The"Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao"innovation and technology corridor as the main carrier of technological innovation in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area, will not only integrate the innovation elements within the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration, but also extend the innovation axis engine of Hong Kong and Macao to the Bay Area.It has become the main position to promote technology transfer. At the same time,it has gradually formed a technology transfer model with Chinese characteristics in the atmosphere of innovation ecosystem theory.Construct a technology transfer model in the”Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao”innovation and technology corridor, and plan and describe the core ideas, objectives and operational elements of the model, and finally construct a three-dimensional networked habitat model with sustainable innovation as the core.Through the analysis of the system layout of the unfolding model, the paper proposes to promote the circulation and feedback interaction of various innovative elements in the context of innovation ecology, and proposes a technology transfer business system based on the theoretical model to improve the investment and financing mode and carry out various methods.Collaboratively coupled public service platforms and recommendations for implementing flexible and efficient incentives.
