Group decision-making is the process that different experts with respect to the same problem select the best alternatives from several alternatives. Since group decision-making can decrease the uncertainty as far as possible, the existing group decision-making methods are widely used in the region of politics, economics, management and engineering and so on. However, most of these methods are focused on the situation that the evaluation information based on same attributes was provided by different experts. Since the experts have the different research background, knowledge and experience, sometimes every expert can only give the evaluation information on the attributes that are mainly focused on, which makes the attributes provided by different experts are not same in the actual group decision-making problems. At present, group decision-making method with the differentiated attribute sets considered by different experts have attracted some scholars’ attention, but there are still some limitations on the existing methods which are needs to study. Therefore, the group decision-making method with the differentiated attribute sets considered by different experts is studied in this paper. This paper finishes the work in the following three aspects:Firstly, the group decision-making problem with the differentiated attribute sets considered by different experts is refined. This paper follows the principle of simple to complex and particular to general. With respect to the limitation of existing research, the integrated methods for evaluation with different experts considering completely and incompletely differentiated attribute sets are studied, respectively.Secondly, with respect to the group decision-making problem with the completely differentiated attribute sets considered by different experts, the decision making analysis method is proposed. Firstly, the integrated attributes set is constructed by synthesizing the attribute sets provided by different experts. The group attribute weights are determined by aggregating the attribute weights provided by different experts. Then, the group evaluations on the integrated attributes are calculated by aggregating the weights and evaluations provided by different experts. Further, the alternative ranking result is obtained by calculating the net dominance degrees of each alternative. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and practicality of the proposed method.Thirdly, with respect to the group decision-making problem with the incompletely differentiated attribute sets considered by different experts, a method based on D-S evidential theory is proposed. Firstly, according to D-S evidential synthesizing method, the attributes weight vector is gotten by integrating the attributes weight provided by every expert. Then, by judging the equivalence of evaluations of alternatives provided by each expert, the alternative clusters with respect to every attribute are determined. Also using D-S evidential synthesizing method, the belief degrees of group alternatives or alternative sets are determined by integrating the evaluation on the attributes provided by each expert. Further, after calculating of the confidence interval of each alternative, by using possibility degree for the comparison of interval numbers, the alternative ranking result is obtained. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and practicality of the proposed method. Finally, the main research results, conclusions, limitations and requiring work for further research are summarized.
